Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for your Garden of Eden Matrimony subscription. We offer various payment methods, and this policy outlines the refund process for each.

 

For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, we recommend initially contacting those platforms directly to request a refund. Their respective refund policies will apply to your

subscription, and they are often the quickest route to resolution. You can usually find information about their refund processes within your account settings on each platform.

However, we also recognize that there may be situations where contacting the app store directly is not ideal. In such cases, you can also contact us directly at support@gematrimony.com to request a refund.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your Garden of Eden Matrimony account.

  • Profile reference number (which is of the format: GE0000XX).

  • The date of your subscription purchase.

  • The subscription plan you purchased.

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

For subscriptions purchased through payment links sent by our admin team or via manual payments handled by our operations team, please contact us directly at support@gematrimony.com to request a refund. Please provide the same information listed above (email, date of purchase, plan purchased, and reason for refund).

Upon receiving your request (regardless of payment method), our team will review it and determine eligibility based on the following guidelines:

  • Refunds are typically considered within 10 days of the original purchase date, although exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Garden of Eden Matrimony.

  • If you have significantly utilized the app's premium features, a refund may be partially prorated or denied.

  • We will process eligible refunds through the same payment method used for the original purchase, which may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. For manual payments, this may involve a bank transfer or other mutually agreed-upon method.

Please note that contacting us directly does not guarantee a refund. We will assess each request individually and make a decision based on the specific circumstances. We aim to be fair and understanding in our refund process while also ensuring the sustainability of our platform.
